Each coach will give you a WYSL Official Team Lineup

The Lineup contains a listing of the players, their jersey #'s and the coach's signature.
Check both the players' and coaches' ID cards. Do not referee the game without a coach present with a valid
ID card. Do not allow any player to participate without a valid ID card.
In the absence of a player pass,
if the coach presents a letter from the WYSL signed by the WYSL President or the WYSL Office Manager,
let the player play the game. Referee must forward the letter to the office. Under this procedure,
the WYSL is taking the responsibility for any liability for a player without a pass. Should there be a
problem later (e.g., phony letter), the league will punish the coach. The ref will bear no responsibility.
