Through its two assignors, the WSRO makes referee game assignments for a number of leagues and tournaments in Westchester County, parts of the Bronx and New York City.

The Westchester Youth Soccer League (WYSL) is assigned by Bruce Mandel. Those assignments include travel soccer on Sundays, State Cup games and travel league make-up games. Bruce utilizes e-mail for most assignments and will begin communicating with you on Sunday evenings. He can be reached at bmandel4@verizon.net or by phone at

Leon Feigenbaum handles assignments for Scarsdale Rec, Indoor leagues, adult summer leagues and tournaments. You are expected to call him (914-681-6075) each week to receive your assignments. If there’s no answer, leave a clear message as to your availability (regardless of what you may have indicated on the availability form).

An availability form is required each season (normally transmitted through e-mail), so that the Assignors will know if they can call upon you for that weekend’s games.
